摘要
针对复杂理化处理工艺过程中难以对理化反应进行有效控制的问题,对智能感知、智能协同决策、数据分析等技术进行了研究,在一套以无氧裂解技术为基础的生活垃圾处理装置上进行了实践。考虑到理化处理工艺过程中数据多样复杂,反应过程快难以有效控制的特性,提出了多种传感器组网方法进行数据收集,使用机器学习算法挖掘复杂数据信息,设计在线优化控制方法控制反应进程。针对当前环境形势严峻的现状,将研究成果应用于实际,设计了一款非量化自平衡系统控制装置。该装置实现了对城市生活垃圾有机处理,通过弹性边界控制方式控制无氧裂解反应过程,成功实现了零污染排放,并将垃圾变废为宝,重新资源化。
        In view of the difficulty in effectively controlling physical and chemical reactions for complex physical and chemical treatment processes,the technologies of intelligent sensing,intelligent collaborative decision-making,and data analysis are studied; and practice has been carried out on a set of domestic garbage treatment equipment based on anaerobic pyrolysis technology.Considering the complexity of the data in the physical and chemical treatment process,and the reaction process is difficult to be effectively controlled,a variety of networking methods for sensors are proposed for data collection; and machine learning algorithms are used for mining complex data information,as well as online optimization control methods are designed to control the reaction process.Aiming at the current situation of the severe environmental situation,the research results are applied to practice.A non-quantitative self-balancing system control device is designed to realize the organic treatment of urban domestic garbage.The process of controlling the anaerobic cracking reaction is controlled by the elastic boundary control method,which has reached the goal of turning waste into treasure.
