雷贝拉唑钠四联治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡的疗效

摘要
目的探讨雷贝拉唑钠、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、果胶铋四联治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法将2016年10月—2017年12月于我院接收治疗的70例幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡患者资料进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=33);观察组采用雷贝拉唑钠四联治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素及阿莫西林、果胶铋治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果资料统计显示,观察组治疗总有效率、Hp根除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各症状缓解时间段短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片四联治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡疗效显著,可在临床中给予运用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of quadruple therapy of rabeprazole sodium, clarithrom, amoxicillinycin and pectic bismuth in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer. Methods The data of 70 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into observation group(n=37) and control group(n=33) by different treatment methods. The observation group was treated with quadruple therapy of rabeprazole sodium, while the control group was treated with omeprazole, clarithromycin, amoxicillin.and pectic bismuth. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The data and statistics showed that the effective rate of treatment and the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05), and the symptom relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer is effective and can be used in clinical practice.
