天麻对心血管及代谢性疾病的作用机制研究进展

摘要
中药天麻传统用于神经系统疾病的治疗,然而该药对心血管及代谢性疾病亦具有一定的药理作用。为了拓展天麻的临床价值,从抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤、降血压、保护血管、抗血小板聚集、抗血栓等方面综述天麻及其复方、主要活性成分对心血管疾病的作用和机制,同时综述了天麻对糖尿病、高脂血症等代谢性疾病的作用及相关机制。
        Gastrodiae Rhizoma is traditionally used in the treatment of nervous system diseases. However, it also shows pharmacological effects on the cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. In order to expand the clinical value of Gastrodiae Rhizoma, the effects and mechanisms of Gastrodiae Rhizoma and its compound recipes and main active components on the cardiovascular diseases are reviewed, from the aspects of anti-myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, anti-hypertension, vascular protection, anti-platelet aggregation, anti-thrombosis and so on. Meanwhile, the effects and related mechanisms of Gastrodiae Rhizoma on the metabolic diseases such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia are also reviewed.
