我国生态文明建设视角下的城市先行示范区建设——以雾霾天气治理为例

摘要
随着社会的发展,国家城市雾霾天气情况频发,雾霾天气越发严重,环境问题日趋明显。雾霾是严重的环境问题,雾霾天气的产生不仅会影响人们的健康,还会阻碍国家的可持续发展,必须引起国家的高度重视。党的十九大中,习近平同志明确的指出了加快生态文明加上建设,建设美丽中国。为了贯彻落实党的指示,加强对城市雾霾天气的治理对国家的可持续发展具有重要的有意义。本文分析了城市雾霾天气的形成原因、天气特征、危害等内容,阐述了对城市雾霾天气治理的办法。
With the development of society, the smog weather in the national cities is frequent, the haze weather is getting more and more serious, and environmental problems are becoming more and more obvious. Smog is a serious environmental problem. The occurrence of smog weather will not only affect people's health, but also hinder the country's sustainable development. It must be highly valued by the state. Among the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party, Comrade Xi Jinping clearly pointed out the acceleration of ecological civilization plus construction and the construction of beautiful China. In order to implement the party's instructions, strengthening the governance of urban smog weather is of great significance to the sustainable development of the country. This paper analyzes the causes of urban haze weather, weather characteristics, hazards,etc., and expounds the methods for urban haze weather control.
