摘要
为提高1 100 k V断路器开关设备衬套零/部件的装配质量,实施液氮冷装工艺方案设计与试验,得到适于衬套与支座冷装的最佳过盈量。采用ABAQUS有限元软件对冷装后衬套-支座的拉脱过程进行数值模拟和拉脱试验,研究不同过盈量下拉脱力的变化趋势。结果表明,仿真结果与试验数据吻合良好。根据仿真及试验结果,对配合尺寸公差作出合理修正,修正后的最小拉脱力是修正前的10倍以上。冷装工艺的实施有利于降低工程应用中衬套窜出的风险,同时可为公司其他类似过盈连接件的工艺改善提供参考。
        To improve the assembly quality of the 1 100 k V Generator Circuit Breaker( GCB) witchgear bushing parts,the design of liquid nitrogen cold-fitting process and experiment were carried out. The optimum interference amount suitable for the bushing and bearing cold-fitting was obtained. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the pull-off process of the bushing-bearing after cold-fitting and then actual experiment conducted,all this for studying pulling strength numerical changes of different sizes of interference. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Thereasonable correction was made to the tolerance of the matching dimension according to the simulation and experimental result. The modified minimum pulling bearable load was more than 10 times before the correction. The implementation of cold-fitting process can effectively reduce the risk of bushings in engineering applications and provide reference for other process improvements in the company's similar interference connectors.
