摘要
采用气相色谱法同时测定白酒中的乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、甲醇、仲丁醇、正丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、异戊醇10种物质。通过程序升温,利用HP-INNOWAX(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行测定,通过内标法定量。结果表明,该方法实现了10种物质的有效分离,线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.999 9以上,精密度试验的相对标准偏差为0.26%~0.83%,加标回收率在90.44%~103.36%之间。该方法简便、快捷,可以应用到日常白酒样品的检测分析中。
        The components of ethyl acetate,ethyl lactate,ethyl butyrate,ethyl hexanoate,methanol,2-Butanol,n-propanol alcohol,isobutanol,n-butyl alcohol and isoamylol in Chinese liquor were simultaneously determined by gas chromatography.The components were separated with HP-INNOWAX(60 m×0.32 mm ×0.25 μm)column by a temperature programmed mode,hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID)and internal standard method.The results showed that the method had achieved effective separation of 10 components and a good linear relation,the correlation coefficients were all above 0.999 9.The relative standard deviation of precision was 0.26%-0.83% and the standard addition recoveries were between 90.44%-103.36%.The method could be applied to the detection and analysis of daily liquor samples as its simple and quick.
