摘要
综述代谢手术病人体力活动水平、运动干预研究现状以及运动效果。指出代谢手术病人的体力活动水平处于较低水平,代谢手术病人参加运动的意愿较低且依从性差,运动干预的研究存在样本量少、随访时间短、缺乏运动情况监督等问题。尚需更多的临床随机对照试验以进一步优化代谢手术病人的运动干预。
        It reviewed the research status quo of exercise intervention in patients undergoing bariatric surgery from the level of physical activity and exercise intervention and the effect of exercise.It pointed out that the level of physical activity in patients undergoing bariatric surgery was at a lower level.Patients had a poor willingness to participate in exercise,and with poor compliance.The research on exercise intervention had problems such as less sample,short follow-up time,and lack of exercise supervision.More clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were needed to further optimize exercise intervention for patients undergoing bariatric surgery.
