摘要
以新疆某±1 100 kV特高压直流输电工程高端阀厅为典型案例,利用Fluent软件对阀厅内上+下送风,中回风的气流组织形式进行预测仿真。通过对特征截面温度场和速度场的分析,验证了现有空调方案能够满足换流阀运行时的热环境要求,同时也直观反映出上、下同时送风会在阀厅中部出现漩涡,造成换流阀局部过热的现象。研究结果可为特高压换流阀此类的大体量电器元件室内热环境设计与优化提供借鉴。
The wind system of cooling in the high-end valve hall of a ±1 100 kV ultra high voltage direct current transmission project is taken as an example.The Fluent software is used to simulate and predict the airflow organiza-tion in the valve hall.By anaylzing the temperature field and velocity field of the characteristic section,it verifies that the existing air conditioning scheme can meet the thermal environment requirements when the converter valve is running,and proposes a series of schemes to further optimize the airflow organization and reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.The research results can provide reference for the selection of high-end architectural airflow organization design solutions for high-end valve rooms.
