摘要
优质教学是教学追求的目标。国外对大学优质教学的研究,已经成为高等教育研究的一个重要领域。优质教学坚持三维目标整合的整体发展观,秉承注重思维过程、生活经验、开放建构和整体联系的知识观,倡导主动性、交往性、创新性和体验性学习的学习观,对于优质教学含义的研究,逐渐由教师角度转向学生角度,要求教师由传授者走向促进者,优质教学的核心是学生的优质发展以及教师和学生之间的交流与合作。对于优质教学的特征,一般认为包括对教学富有热情,能比较清晰地解释教学中的问题,关心、热爱、尊重学生,教学过程注意促进学生的发展等。对于优质教学的研究视角,一是教师教的方面,注意研究教师所具有的某种特征或品质,并逐渐重视研究教师的教学行为;二是学生学的方面,进而将研究重点转到学生的学习行为上。
