摘要
目的:研究翁芪糖浆抗大鼠乙醇型胃溃疡的作用。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、胃溃疡模型组、硫糖铝组和翁芪糖浆组,每组10只。正常对照组和胃溃疡模型组大鼠灌胃蒸馏水;硫糖铝组大鼠灌胃6.67%硫糖铝溶液[5.4 mL/(kg·d)];翁芪糖浆组大鼠灌胃翁芪糖浆[5.4 mL/(kg·d)],1次/d,连续14 d。于最后1次灌胃后,采用无水乙醇灌胃造模。比较各组大鼠胃溃疡指数,检测胃液pH值及胃蛋白活力。结果:翁芪糖浆组和硫糖铝组大鼠胃溃疡指数显著低于胃溃疡模型组(P<0.01);翁芪糖浆组大鼠胃溃疡指数显著低于硫糖铝组(P<0.01);胃溃疡模型组大鼠胃液pH值和胃蛋白酶活力显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);翁芪糖浆组和硫糖铝组大鼠胃液pH值和胃蛋白酶活力显著低于胃溃疡模型组(P<0.01);翁芪糖浆组和硫糖铝组大鼠胃液pH值和胃蛋白酶活力与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:翁芪糖浆具有抗大鼠乙醇型胃溃疡的作用,可能作用机制为调节胃液pH值、降低胃蛋白酶活力。
        Objective: To study the antiulcer effects of Wengqi syrup on ethanol induced gastric ulcer rats.Methods: Totally 40 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, gastric ulcer model group,sucralfate group and Wengqi syrup group, 10 rats in each. Rats were administered with distilled water respectively in the normal control group and the gastric ulcer model group. Rats in the sucralfate group were administered with 6.67% sucralfate solution(at the daily dose of 5.4 mL/kg) by gastrogavage. Rats in the Wengqi syrup group were administered with Wengqi syrup(at the daily dose of 5.4 mL/kg) by gastrogavage, once daily for 14 consecutive days. The gastric ulcer model was established using absolute ethanol after the last gastrogavage. The ulcer index were compared. The pH value and pepsin activity were detected.Results: The sucralfate group and Wengqi syrup group showed lower gastric ulcer index than the gastric ulcer model group(P <0.01), and the Wengqi syrup group showed lower gastric ulcer index than the sucralfate group(P<0.01). The gastric ulcer model group showed higher pH value and pepsin activity of gastric juice than the normal control group(P<0.01). The Wengqi syrup group and sucralfate group showed lower pH value and pepsin activity of gastric juice than the gastric ulcer model group(P<0.01); and there was no significant difference in pH value and pepsin activity of gastric juice among the sucralfate group, Wengqi syrup group and normal control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Wengqi syrup shows significant effects on ethanol induced gastric ulcer. Its mechanisms might lie in reducing the pH value and pepsin activity of gastric juice.
