费德勒温网第八冠的三维视角审视

摘要
通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对费德勒2017年温布尔登网球锦标赛第八冠背景以及蕴含启示进行深入剖析。研究表明:费德勒所展现的运动美学体现(身体美、技术美、人文美)助推网球项目风靡世界;充分理解运动成绩决定因素的作用机制,制定科学的参赛策略;解码运动员身体机能发展规律和训练比赛规律,重构训练和比赛的参与模式。启示:费德勒竞技能力结构模型可作为网球项目人才培养的模本;科学安排运动训练和竞技比赛的周期划分;加快竞技体育管理体制的创新和转轨步伐;积极寻求民族体育文化的传承与发展。
By means of literature,logical analysis and other methods,this paper makes a deep analysis of Federer's eighth champion of backgrounds and implications at the 2017 Wimbledon Championships. Research shows that:Federer shows the aesthetic movement(physical beauty,technology beauty and cultural beauty) promotes the worldwide popularity of tennis;fully understanding the mechanism of exercise performance determination,formulating scientific competition strategy;decoding the laws of the development of athletes' physical function and the rules of training and competition,rebuilting the participation model of training and competition.Enlightenments:Federer's structure model of competitive ability can be used in tennis training;scientifically arranging the cycle division of sports training and competitive sports;accelerating the innovation and transition of sports management system;actively seeking the heritage and development of national sports culture.
