高校人文社科研究评价机制的反思与构造

摘要
高校人文社科的研究与评价之间面临主观性与客观性、积累性与时效性、超功利性与功利性三个方面的张力,而目前的评价机制在评价价值导向、评价主体设置、评价方法构造上均存在值得反思之处。因此,需要确立合理的评价周期,非功利性的评价目标,形成类型化的评价方法,设置第三方评价主体以构造权威、独立、公平的高校人文社科评价机制。
There are three tensions between the research and evaluation of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities: subjectivity and objectivity, accumulation and timeliness, and super-utility and utilitarianism. However, the current evaluation mechanism is worth reflecting on its value orientation, the setting of evaluation subject, and the construction of evaluation method. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a reasonable evaluation cycle, non-utilitarian evaluation objectives,form a typed evaluation method, and set up a third-party evaluation subject to construct an authoritative, independent and fair evaluation mechanism for humanities and social science in colleges and universities.
