任青玲论治子宫内膜异位症所致慢性盆腔疼痛经验

摘要
慢性盆腔疼痛是妇科常见病,诱因众多,子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是病因之一。慢性盆腔疼痛对患者的生理、心理造成双重伤害,甚则威胁生命健康。目前西医尚无理想的根治方法,中医外治法在改善慢性盆腔疼痛方面具有一定优势。任青玲教授认为内异症所致慢性盆腔疼痛的病因病机为正气不足、湿热瘀结,以扶正固本、活血化瘀、清热利湿为治疗大法,结合多年的临床经验,运用加味红藤败酱灌肠方联合透骨草热熨方治疗本病,取得了良好的治疗效果。
Chronic pelvic pain is a common disease in gynecology,which caused by numerous inducements including endometriosis. The patients' physiologically and psychologically will be harmed by chronic pelvic pain,even threaten females ' life and health. Up to now,no ideal radical western medicine treatment is available,while the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) shows certain advantage to improve the chronic pelvic pain. Professor Ren Qingling thought that the etiology and the pathogenesis of chronic pelvic pain is caused by endometriosis which is deficiency of vital qi and dampness-heat-blood stasis.This disease should be treated through supporting the healthy energy,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and clearing heat and draining dampness. Based on years of Professor Ren Qingling ' clinical experience,the Modified Hongtong Baijiang Enema Decoction is used combination with Tougucao Hot Compress Decoction to treat this disease in clinic,which has obtained favorable effects.
