摘要
国内某化工区危废污泥干化焚烧项目采用卧式薄层两段式干化工艺、回转窑二燃室焚烧工艺将含水率为80%的危废脱水污泥进行彻底减量化处置。焚烧烟气在余热锅炉产生的饱和蒸汽用于危废脱水污泥的干化,烟气处理采用两级脱酸、两级脱硝、活性炭吸附、布袋除尘、烟气再热的工艺,确保烟气排放指标达到欧盟2000标准。作为国内建设标准最高的化工区危废污泥干化焚烧工程,其设计思路、工程特点及运行经验值得类似项目参考。
In a chemical industry park of China,the two-step thermal drying process with rotary kiln and the secondary combustion chamber has been used in a hazardous waste sludge drying and incineration project to reduce the hazardous waste dewatered sludge with water content of 80%. Saturated steam produced from flue gas exhaust-heat boiler is used for the hazardous waste sludge drying. The flue gas treatment process includes two-step depickling,two-step denitration,activated carbon adsorption,bag-type dust collector and flue gas reheating unit. As a result,the flue gas emission index could achieve the criteria of European 2000 for incineration waste emission. This hazardous waste sludge drying and incineration project has the highest construction standard of chemical industry parks in China. So its design idea,characteristics and operation experience have reference role on the construction of similar domestic projects.
