基于因子分析的生鲜电商供应链评价指标体系研究

摘要
为了全面准确地评价生鲜电商供应链,将以生鲜电商企业为核心,从整体供应链的角度出发并结合生鲜电商的特色,从"生鲜产品、电商平台、财务成本、整体流程、顾客满意"等五个维度改进了已有的BSC评价模型,运用因子分析方法对各维度的多个相关评价因素进行降维和解释,构建了生鲜电商供应链评价指标体系,并进行了实证研究。
        In this paper, in order to more accurately and comprehensively evaluate the fresh farm produce e-commerce supply chain,we improved the existing BSC evaluation model from the five dimensions of fresh products, e-commerce platform, financial cost, overall process, and customer satisfaction with the fresh farm produce e-business as the core, in the perspective of the entire supply chain and in combination with the characteristics of the fresh produce e-commerce. Next, using the factor analysis, we attempted to reduce the dimension and explain the multiple related evaluation factors of each dimension, built the relevant evaluation index system, and carried out an empirical study.
