摘要
为深入研究隧道穿越不良地质段的施工控制技术,以黎家湾隧道为工程实例,全面总结分析黎家湾隧道的工程地质情况,提出了采用超前小导管注浆、注浆堵水加固、台阶分部开挖法等施工控制技术,并通过数值模拟计算对其控制效果进行评价。研究结果表明采用上述施工控制措施后,隧道围岩及支护结构变形得到了有效控制,研究成果对类似工程有供借鉴意义。
In order to study the construction control technology of tunnel crossing bad geological section in depth, the Lijiawan Tunnel is taken as an engineering example to comprehensively summarize the engineering geological conditions of the Lijiawan Tunnel, the construction control technologies are used, such as the grouting of the leading small pipe, the reinforcement of water plugging, the method of excavation by steps and so on. Also, the control effect is evaluated by numerical simulation. The research results show that after the above construction control measures, the deformation of the surrounding rock and supporting structure of the tunnel have been effectively controlled, and the research results can be used for reference for similar projects.
