摘要
为了更有效率的对擦窗机设备进行维护,有针对性的对结构危险部件的检测是业内关注的重点。通过ANSYS Workbench软件对擦窗机结构进行静动态分析,静力学分析获得臂头、连接架及钢丝绳等部位是擦窗机结构的薄弱环节,动力学分析结果表明,二节伸缩臂受到冲击较大,结构较为危险。根据数据统计与文献查阅,提出危险点确定原则,确定擦窗机结构的危险部件,并对危险部件进行安全指数确认,为进一步对擦窗机进行安全评价提供依据。
        In order to more effectively maintain the building maintenance unit,the industry has focused on detecting the dangerous parts of the building maintenance structure.In this study,static and dynamic analysis of the building maintenance unit structure is performed by ANSYS Workbench software.The static analysis shows that the arm head,the connecting frame and the wire rope are the weak links of the structure,while the dynamic analysis results show that the two-section telescopic arm is subjected to a larger impact and the structure is thus more dangerous.According to the statistics and literature review,the principle of determining the dangerous point is proposed,the dangerous parts of the structure are determined,and the safety index of the dangerous parts is confirmed,which provides a basis for further safety evaluation of the building maintenance unit.
