摘要
对于当前理论和实验教学过程中,出现的无级变速器结构较复杂,设备台数和场地受限制、教学效果不好等问题,以某型号无级变速器为样机,基于Cult3D平台进行无级变速器虚拟拆装实验的设计。该虚拟拆装实验不仅能够解决实验教学过程中的弊端,还能用于课堂理论教学课件,使教学过程更直观形象、富有立体感,提高教学质量。
In the current teaching process of theory and experiment, the structure of continuously variable transmission(CVT) is more complex, the number and site of equipment are limited, and the teaching effect is not good. A certain type of CVT is taken as a prototype. The virtual disassembly and assembly experiment of CVT is designed based on Cult3D platform. The virtual disassembly and assembly experiment can not only solve the disadvantages in the experimental teaching process, but also be used in classroom theory teaching courseware, so that the teaching process is more intuitive and visual, full of three-dimensional feeling, and improve the teaching quality.
