摘要
波浪补偿装置是深水钻井平台和钻井船必不可少的核心设备,文章研究了波浪补偿装置总体关键技术,根据高海情海况要求,确定钻井工况,完成总体结构研究和集成控制技术研究,形成高海情工况下研究方案,并进行位移补偿、受力补偿、减振补偿功能的仿真分析,通过试验对研究方案进行有效验证。
The heave compensators are the important equipments of deep sea drilling rig packages. The key technologies of principle design are studied. According to the requirements of high sea conditions, the drilling conditions are determined, and the overall structure research and integrated control technology research are completed. The completed principle design plan is achieved. Then, displacement compensation, tension compensation, vibrancy compensation are analyzed in the system emulation and the design plan is verified by test.
