不同针刺手法对经尿道前列腺电切术后下尿路症候群的对比分析

摘要
目的:对比分析不同针刺手法对经尿道前列腺电切术后下尿路症候群的效果。方法:选取本院(2015年5月至2017年5月)收治的100例行经尿道前列腺电切术患者,按照数字随机表法分为实验组(50例,应用导气法)和对照组(50例,应用留针法)。采用统计学分析两组患者治疗前后前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分及最大尿流率。结果:两组行经尿道前列腺电切术患者治疗前前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分及最大尿流率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组经尿道前列腺电切术患者治疗前前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分及最大尿流率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:导气法对经尿道前列腺电切术后出现下尿路症状患者进行干预治疗的效果优于留针法。
Objective: To compare and analyze the effect of different acupuncture manipulation on lower urinary tract syndrome after transurethral resection of prostate. Method: 100 cases of the patients treated with transurethral resection of the prostate( May 2015-May 2017) were divided into the experimental group( 50 cases,the gas guide method) and the control group( 50 cases,using the needle retention method). The prostate symptom score,quality of life score and maximum urine flow rate of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment of the transurethral resection of the prostate( P> 0.05). The prostatic symptom score,the quality of life score and the maximum urine flow rate before the treatment of the transurethral resection of the prostate were significantly better than those of the control group.Group( P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of interventional therapy on patients with lower urinary tract symptoms after transurethral resection of prostate is better than that of retaining needle.
