摘要
社会对应用型人才的需求,与社会发展状况密不可分。文章对应用型人才培养模式进行了简要分析,以"政用产学研"为目标来研究人才培养新方案。简析"政用产学研"创新合作系统工程,了解应用型人才培养,剖析"政用产学研"与应用型人才培养的关系,总结"政用产学研"在设计类专业落地过程中存在的问题。从"政用产学研"设计类应用型人才培养的必要性与紧迫性角度出发,对应用型人才需求进行分析,探讨设计类应用型人才培养在落地过程中存在的问题,并提出切实可行的落地方案。
The demand of applied talents is closely related to the social development. This paper briefly analyzes the mode of applied talents training and studies the new plan of talents training with the goal of "Government-User-IndustryUniversity-Research"(GUIUR). This paper analyzes the innovation cooperation system engineering of GUIUR, understands the applied talents training, analyzes the relationship between GUIUR and applied talents training, and summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of GUIUR in design majors. Based on the necessity and urgency of GUIUR, this paper analyzes the demand of applied talents training, discusses the problems existing in the implementation of applied talents training, and puts forward feasible implementation plans.
