摘要
选取新鲜水果、糯米作为原料,结合现代人营养科学的理念,将糯米黄酒酿造过程取得的生清酒与混合水果酶加以勾调、品评、分级过滤获得混合水果酶糯米黄酒,该产品具有果香清新、酒香醇和、爽适协调、风味独特是老少皆宜的保健饮品。
