摘要
Fe-Si-B非晶材料的低温磁性能是影响其在超导变压器中应用的关键之一。采用单辊甩带法制备两种不同厚度(25、35μm)的非晶带材Fe70.43Nb10.77Si15.77Cu2.34B0.69,使用X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪和振动样品磁强计对非晶带材试样的显微组织、晶化行为和测试温度为20、300 K时的软磁性能进行分析与表征。结果表明:20 K比300 K温度时的非晶带材Fe70.43Nb10.77Si15.77Cu2.34B0.69具有更高的饱和磁感应强度和更低的矫顽力;当测试温度为20 K,25μm非晶带材具有更好的软磁性能,饱和磁感应强度Bs、矫顽力Hc、剩余磁感应强度Br分别为1.016 8 T、10.292 0 A/m、0.028 9 T。
        The low temperature magnetic property of the Fe-Si-B amorphous ribbons is one of the key points which affect its application in such devices as superconducting transformers. Amorphous ribbons Fe70.43 Nb10.77 Si15.77 Cu2.34 B0.69 with two different thicknesses(25,35 μm)were prepared by single-roller method,microstructure,crystallization behavior and soft magnetic properties of the amorphous samples at 20 K and 300 K were analyzed and characterized by X-ray Diffraction,differential scanning calorimeter and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer. The results show that when the test temperature is 20 K,the amorphous ribbon has higher saturation magnetic induction and lower coercivity than the test temperature 300 K. The 25 μm amorphous ribbon with the test temperature 20 K has better soft magnetic properties,the saturation magnetic induction Bs,the coercive force Hcand the residual magnetic induction Brare 1.016 8 T,10.292 0 A/m and 0.028 9 T,respectively.
