摘要
在工作场所和专业实践中,通常会使用档案袋或电子档案袋来对先前的学习成果进行认定或评价,但一直未得到广泛的关注。因此,本文旨在探索澳大利亚基于电子档案袋的先前学习认定和专业认定的发展情况,及其对工作场所学习认定的影响。通过对先前学习认定和电子档案袋的综合研究以及理论构建,提出有关e-RPL和e-PR的分析框架,有助于探究工作场所和专业实践的认定过程。
