非理想约束的舰载柔性发射系统动力学建模与仿真

摘要
对舰载导弹发射系统的动基座、变结构、弹体柔性及工艺配合间隙等问题进行分析。基于Craig-Bampton模态坐标法推导得到考虑接触的柔性弹体动力学方程,并借助商用软件联合建立非理想约束的舰载柔性发射系统动力学仿真模型,计算得到弹体出箱扰动、自由度突变构件运动轨迹及接触碰撞力等数据。结果表明舰载导弹发射系统的动基座、工艺间隙等因素对动力学的影响不能忽略,工程研制中应给予充分的关注。
        This paper mainly discusses the problems of moving base,variable structure,missile's flexibility and manufacturing clearance in ship-borne launching system.Based on the Craig-Bampton mode coordinate method,the dynamics equation of flexible missile is achieved,and the simulation model is obtained by software combining.Data of missile excursion,rudder track,impact force and so on are gotten through computer calculating.The result indicates that the factors of moving base and manufacturing clearance in ship-borne launching system can't be neglected during dynamics analysis,and must be paid enough attention.
