高尿酸血症与肾脏疾病关系的研究进展

摘要
高尿酸血症是多个系统疾病发生发展的危险因素,近年来越来越多的研究发现高尿酸血症在肾脏疾病的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。高尿酸血症与免疫球蛋白A肾病、慢性肾脏疾病、急性肾损伤关系密切。现对高尿酸血症与急慢性肾脏疾病、免疫球蛋白A肾病、肾小管间质损伤等肾脏疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。
        Hyperuricemia is a risk factor of multiple system diseases and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of kidney disease. Researches have found close relation of hyperuricemia with immunoglobulin( Ig) A nephropathy,chronic renal disease and acute kidney injury. This paper reviewed the relation between hyperuricemia and kidney injuries including acute and chronic renal disease,Ig A nephropathy and tubulointerstitial injury.
