探析泮托拉唑治疗老年非甾体消炎药相关性上消化道出血患者的疗效

摘要
目的研究泮托拉唑治疗老年非甾体消炎药相关性上消化道出血患者的疗效。方法 116例老年非甾体消炎药相关性上消化道出血患者,按治疗方法不同分为西咪替丁组和泮托拉唑组,各58例。西咪替丁组采用西咪替丁进行治疗,泮托拉唑组则给予泮托拉唑治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、止血时间及肝肾功能等异常现象发生情况。结果泮托拉唑组患者治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于西咪替丁组的84.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。泮托拉唑组止血时间短于西咪替丁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗老年非甾体消炎药相关性上消化道出血患者的疗效确切,止血效果好,可改善患者预后,起效快,无明显不良反应,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To study the curative effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of senile patients with non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug correlated upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 116 senile patients with non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug correlated upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided by different treatment methods into cimetidine group and pantoprazole group, with 58 cases in each group. The cimetidine group received cimetidine treatment, and the pantoprazole group received pantoprazole treatment. Comparison were made on treatment effect, hemostasis time and occurrence of abnormal liver and kidney function in two groups. Results The pantoprazole group had higher total treatment effective rate as 96.55% than 84.48% in the cimetidine group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The pantoprazole group had shorter hemostasis time than the cimetidine group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Pantoprazole shows affirmative effect and good hemostasis effect for the treatment of senile patients with non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug correlated upper gastrointestinal bleeding, which can improve the prognosis of patients with rapid onset and no obvious adverse reaction and high safety, and it is worth promoting.
