摘要
阐述导电粒子填充型聚合物复合材料及其场致非线性导电性能的研究进展,重点介绍填料为不规则导电粒子、银纳米线、绝缘包覆以及石墨烯时的树脂基复合材料的制备技术、场致开关或场致绝缘-金属相变性能及其影响规律等,并指出有待进一步研究的问题。
        The research progress on polymer composites containing conductive particles and their field-induced nonlinear conductive performance was reviewed. This review mainly emphasizes the preparation processes of materials and their field induced nonlinear conductivity or switching activities when using ununiformed conductive particles, Ag nanowires and their insulation coating nanowires as inclusions. Finally, some conclusions, existing problems and future work are also analyzed.
