摘要
钢铁、食品等领域废弃的非织造布逐年增多,这些非织造布大多不可自然降解,这不仅给相关企业带来巨大压力,也造成了环境污染。针对这一现象,以铝带生产中过滤用的废弃非织造布为对象,分析了回收再利用的可行性。确定了非织造布的最佳清洁方式,并利用示差扫描量热测试(DSC)和红外光谱(FTIR)分析确定其成分。通过二甲苯溶液溶解的方法制备得到再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维,并将再生PET纤维与线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)通过热压成型技术制备了PET/LLDPE复合膜。研究表明,再生PET纤维粗细均匀,表面光滑,纯度较高。与纯LLDPE相比,PET/LLDPE复合膜的拉伸强度和模量得到显著提高。该研究不仅为建材用复合板材的制备提供理论指导,也为废弃非织造布再利用提供一条途径。
        Recently,the wasted non-woven fabrics from metal,food and other fields have increased greatly.Most of the non-woven fabrics cannot be degraded naturally,which not only brings urgent stress to the related companies but also leads to environmental pollution.In this thesis,the wasted non-woven fabrics used in production of aluminium strip for filtering were utilized to study the feasibility of recycling.The optimum cleaning way was determined and the components of the wasted non-woven fabrics were identified by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The recycled polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fiber was prepared by dissolving in xylene solution,and then used to prepare PET/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)composite membranes by the hot compression molding technique.The research showed that the recycled PET fiber is uniform with smooth surface and high purity.The tensile strength and modulus of the PET/LLDPE composite membranes increase significantly compared with those of neat LLDPE.This study not only provides theoretical guidance for the preparation of composite panels for building materials,but also offers a way for reuse of the wasted nonwoven fabrics.
