基于IGBT串联电路的高压脉冲电场的灭菌装置研究

摘要
杀菌是食品加工处理过程中的一个重要工序,与传统杀菌方式相比,高压脉冲电场杀菌技术因其杀菌效果好、快速、低耗、安全等优点而被用于食品杀菌中。本文阐述了目前存在的杀菌处理方法,对IGBT串联电路的高压脉冲电场的灭菌装置进行解析,以期促进食品加工行业的发展。
        Sterilization is an important process in food processing. Compared with traditional sterilization methods, highvoltage pulsed electric field(HPEF) sterilization technology is used in food sterilization because of its good sterilization effect,fast, low consumption and safety. In this paper, the existing sterilization methods are described. The sterilization device of IGBT series circuit with high voltage pulsed electric field is analyzed in order to promote the development of food processing industry.
