摘要
目的评价侧面孔吸引力的客观测量值与主观打分值之间的一致性。方法利用Marquardt博士设计的黄金比例侧面具电子版制作成有机玻璃板,同时配合Photoshop软件和潘劲辉研发的面积计算小程序对侧面照片进行侧面孔吸引力客观评分,该方法称为侧马图潘(LMPP)法。同时,发放问卷并对侧面照片进行侧面孔吸引力主观问卷调查。结果通过LMPP法获得了52张中国女性侧面照片的侧面孔吸引力客观测量值,也得到了这52张侧面照片侧面孔吸引力的问卷主观打分值。SPSS计算克龙巴赫α系数为0.927,表明问卷法的信度甚佳。作Bland-Altman散点图,一致性界限为-1.96~13.09分,3.85%(2/52)的点在95%的一致性界限以外;在一致性界限范围内,这2种侧面孔吸引力评分值差值的最大值为12.55分,差值均数5.57分。结论采用Bland-Altman法分析两种侧面孔吸引力评价法的评分值,显示一致性良好。LMPP法作为一种有效和可靠的评分方法可替代问卷法,应用于基础研究和临床实践。
        Objective To evaluate the consistency between objective measurement and subjective scoring in lateral facial attractiveness. Methods Make an objective scoring assessment in lateral facial attractiveness in which the organic glass plate designed in the electronic version of the golden ratio lateral mask by Dr Marquardt, the Photoshop software and the small area calculation program designed by Pan jin-hui were used. This method is named as Lateral-Marquardt-Photoshop-Pan jinhui(LMPP) method. At the same time, questionnaires were distributed to get the subjective scores. Results The objective scores of the lateral facial attractiveness about 52 profile photos of Chinese women's faces were obtained by LMPP method, the subjective scores of these 52 photographs were also obtained by questionnaire survey. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.927 by SPSS calculation, which showed that the reliability of the questionnaire is very good. As a Bland-Altman scatter plot, the consistency limit is-1.96 ~ 13.09 points, 3.85%(2/52) is outside the consistency limit of 95%; The maximum difference of 2 kinds of score values in lateral face attractiveness is 12.55 points and the difference mean is 5.57 points in the range of consistency limits. Conclusion Bland-Altman method was used to analyze the scores of 2 kinds of evaluation methods in lateral facial attractiveness, showing good consistency. The LMPP approach can be used as an effective and reliable scoring methodology instead of questionnaire in lateral facial attractiveness. It can be applied to basic research and clinical practice.
