摘要
互联网经济正在深刻地影响着人们的生活与生产,国家的互联网十战略的实施,更加实现了互联网在人们生活、学习、生产中的应用,使它正成为一种新的生产力影响着整个社会,推动着社会的发展。在新时代发展背景下,企业在人力资源管理方面也应该与时俱进,积极的结合时代发展特征进行变革,从而使企业的人力资源管理在现代化经营理念下,变得更加便捷、更加高效、更加人性化,以更好的促进企业的发展。本文从揭示化工企业中人力资源管理存在的问题入手,在探讨了互联网十对人力资源工作的积极作用的基础上,经过进一步研究,总结了基于互联网十的化工企业人力资源管理新策略。
Internet economy is profoundly affecting people's life and production. The implementation of the Ten National Internet Strategy has realized the application of Internet in people's life, learning and production. It is becoming a new productive force that affects the whole society and promotes the development of society. Under the background of the development of the new era, enterprises should also keep pace with the times in human resources management, actively combine with the characteristics of the development of the times to carry out changes, so as to make human resources management of enterprises more convenient, more efficient and more humanized under the concept of modern management, in order to better promote the development of enterprises. Starting from revealing the problems of human resource management in chemical enterprises, this paper discusses the positive role of Internet Ten in human resource management, and summarizes the new strategy of human resource management in chemical enterprises based on Internet Ten after further research.
