摘要

新时期的图书形式多种多样,网络图书的发展和传播形式给传统的图书馆管理工作带来较大的冲击。为了迎接新时期图书文化及图书市场的挑战,图书馆的管理人员要不断提升自身的职业素质,认清图书馆管理员对图书馆发展的重要作用,利用自身的多种技能,提高自身的职业素养,加强团队建设,提高创新意识,促进图书馆的长远发展。
        There are various forms of books in the new era. The development and dissemination of online books have brought great impact on the traditional library management. In order to meet the challenges of book culture and book market in the new era,librarians should constantly improve their professional quality,recognize the important role of librarians in the development of libraries,utilize their various skills,improve their professional quality,strengthen team building,enhance innovation awareness,and promote the long-term development of libraries.
