摘要
在国家大力推进优质高职院校建设的背景下,院校作为人才培养质量的责任主体,构建适合自身发展的内部质量保证体系,成为提升内部治理能力、提高人才培养质量、提升国际影响力的重要保障。唐山工业职业技术学院按照"落实政策、对接国际、服务区域、促进发展"的基本原则,借鉴爱尔兰、美国等国家经验,从高职院校内部质量保证体系中的决策指挥、质量生成、资源建设、服务支持、监督控制5个纵向系统和学院、专业、课程、教师、学生5个横向层面入手,进行内部质量保证体系的设计和实施,为优质高职院校构建国际化特征的内部质量保证体系并实施提供了经验。
        Under the background of the government vigorously promoting the construction of high-quality higher vocational colleges, colleges and universities, as the main responsibility for the quality of talent training, have built an internal quality assurance system suitable for their own development, and become an important guarantee to improve the internal governance ability, improve the quality of talent training, and enhance the international influence. Tangshan Polytechnic Institute, in accordance with the"implementing policy, docking international, serving areas, and promoting development", learns international experience of Ireland and the United States, designs and implements the internal quality assurance system from 5 vertical systems of "decision command, quality generating, resources building, service and support, promoting development", and 5 horizontal levels of school, specialty, course, teacher, student, which has provide experience for high-quality higher vocational colleges building internal quality assurance system with international characteristics.
