摘要
目的探析基于二维码编程的贵重仪器动态流程说明图在实习生入科培训中的应用价值。方法利用简单随机抽样法将2018年5月~10月于我院实习的80名实习生分为A组和B组,各40名。B组采用贵重仪器纸质说明书讲解及应用。A组采取二维码编程的贵重仪器动态流程说明图讲解及应用。对两组贵重仪器使用熟练程度、设备使用率、设备完好率、评判性思维能力评分进行比较。结果 A组贵重仪器使用熟练程度、设备使用率、设备完好率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组培训前评判性思维能力评分(寻求真理性、思想开放性、分析性、系统性、自信性、好询问性、认知成熟度)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组培训后评判性思维能力评分高于B组(P<0.05)。结论在实习生入科培训中应用基于二维码编程的贵重仪器动态流程说明图能够显著提高其使用熟练程度与综合素质,提高设备使用率及完好率,可在实习生入科培训中使用。
        Objective To explore the application value of dynamic flow chart of valuable instrument based on two-dimensional code programming in trainee training.Methods 80 trainees working in Shiyan People's Hospital of Baoan District of Shenzhen City from May 2018 to October 2018 were randomly divided into group B with precious instrument paper instructions and application and group A with two-dimensional code programming with 40 trainees in each group.The proficiency of using valuable instruments,equipment utilization rate,equipment intact rate and scores of critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups.Results The proficiency of using precious instruments,the utilization rate of equipment and the intact rate of equipment of group A were higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of critical thinking ability(truth seeking,open thinking,analytical,systematic,self-confidence,good inquiry,cognitive maturity)between the two groups before the training,but after the training,the scores of all dimensions in group A were higher than those in group B,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic flow chart of valuable instruments based on two-dimensional code programming in the training of trainees can significantly improve their proficiency and comprehensive quality and also can improve the utilization rate and intact rate of equipment,which is worth popularizing in the training of trainees in the future.
