摘要
针对高压气井生产过程中井下容易形成水合物造成井筒堵塞的问题,开展了水合物预测方法和防治措施的技术调研,优选出了水合物预测计算模型,利用优选的模型进行了水合物形成的影响因素敏感性计算分析,定量地计算出了生产参数及水气比、地层水矿化度、重烃含量及甲醇含量对水合物形成的影响,给出了合理化的水合物防治建议,对生产具有重要的指导意义。
Absrtact:Aiming at the problem of wellbore blockage caused by hydrate formation in the production process of high-pressure gas wells,the technical investigation of hydrate prediction methods and prevention measures was carried out,and the prediction calculation model of hydrate was optimized.The sensitivity calculation and analysis of influencing factors of hydrate formation were carried out by using the optimized model,and the production parameters,water-gas ratio and formation water mine were calculated quantitatively.The effects of degree of hydration,heavy hydrocarbon content and methanol content on hydrate formation are discussed,and reasonable suggestions for hydrate prevention and control are given,which has important guiding significance for production.
