摘要
本文对新疆昆仑山地区薄荷叶中挥发性成分进行了研究.用水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)提取了薄荷叶的挥发油.得到的挥发油采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对各成分进行了鉴定,确认了26种挥发性化学成分,挥发油出油率为0.28%,(1R,2S,5R)-2-异丙基-5-甲基环己醇为薄荷叶挥发油的主要成分.
To study the volatile components wild Mentha haplocalyx Briq leaves from Kunlun mountain of Xinjiang, the volatile in the leaves of Mentha haplocalyx Briq were extracted by steam distillation(SD), the chemical components of volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and twenty-six main volatile compounds were identified. Results show that the yield of volatile oil was 0.28%and(1R,2S,5R)-2-Isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexanol was main component of volatile oil from leaves of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.
