医教协同改革背景下研究生教育联合培养基地建设经验浅谈

摘要
医学研究生培养基地是由医学高校主导、由直属附属医院和非直属附属医院等教学基地联合共同培养的组织机构。学校是进行医学理论基础知识学习的园地,旨在培养理论扎实的高素质优秀人才,而培养基地是医学基础知识与临床实践相结合的重要平台,是临床能力培养的重要阵地。在医教协同改革背景下,培养高层次的医学人才,最终要落实到高校及其附属医院。因此,校院协同发展,加强研究生联合培养基地的建设,有利于促进医学研究生的教育管理工作和提高研究生的培养质量。本文就滨州医学院附属医院在研究生联合培养基地建设中取得成效进行综述,旨在自我解析、自我提高。
Medical postgraduate training base is an institutional framework, which comprised by medical universities, directly affiliated hospitals and non-directly affiliated hospitals. Medical University is a garden for the study of theoretical medical knowledge, the aim is to train high-quality talents with solid theory. So, the training base is an important platform for combining basic medical knowledge with clinical practice and it is an important position for clinical competence training. Under the background of coordinated reform of medicine and education, cultivating high-level medical talents should be implemented in universities and affiliated hospitals. Therefore, the coordinated development of universities and hospitals and the strengthening of the construction of joint training bases for postgraduates is conducive to promoting the educational management of medical postgraduates and improving the quality of postgraduate training. This paper summarizes the achievements of our hospital in the construction of joint postgraduate training base, aiming at self-analysis and selfimprovement.
