摘要
目的:探讨超声介导氨溴索经肺俞穴给药对支气管肺炎患儿免疫的影响。方法:选取2015年6月~2017年6月在我院接受治疗的120例支气管肺炎患者,并随机分为静脉组、雾化组、超声导入组3组,每组各40例,静脉组给予静脉输入氨溴索;雾化组给予氨溴索高压泵雾化吸入;超声导入组患儿使用超声介导药物靶向技术经肺俞穴局部导入氨溴索化痰;检测3组患儿血清免疫球蛋白和T细胞亚群。结果:3组患儿经治疗后,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IgG均升高,但CD4/CD8、IgG 3组差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),而超声导入组CD3、CD4升高较其余两组更显著,且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:超声介导氨溴索经肺俞穴给药治疗支气管肺炎可以在一定程度上增强患儿免疫能力,促进肺炎患儿康复。
        Objective: To investigate the effect for immunity of chuildren with bronchopneumonia treated by ambroxol delivered by ultrasound through Feishu point. Methods: All 120 children diagnosed as bronchopneumonia were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 and were randomly divided into venous group,nebulization group and ultrasound guided group,with 40 cases in each group. Three groups have different approaches to ambroxol. All patients were detected about serum immune globulin and T cell subset before and after tretment. Results: After treatment,the average of CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IgG in three groups' children were higher than those before treatment. But the difference of three group on CD4/CD8、IgG were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). While the average of CD3 and CD4 in the ultrasound guided group were significantly higher than that of the venous and nebulization group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ambroxol delived by ultrasound through Feishu point can enhance the immunity of children with bronchopneumonia in a way,promote rehabilitation of patient.
