以亚硝酸氮为受体的戴尔福特菌反硝化除磷研究

摘要
以已分离纯化的2株戴尔福特菌为研究对象,考察戴尔福特菌的生长情况与脱氮除磷效果,对2株菌株进行复配,研究混合菌株的脱氮除磷效果,并确定最佳混合比例,以亚硝酸氮为电子受体,2株戴尔福特菌株培养21 h后,1号戴尔福特菌的TP去除率为73.9%、亚硝酸氮去除率为81.2%; 5号戴尔福特菌的TP去除率为81.3%、亚硝酸氮去除率为84.8%。将2株菌按1∶2(体积比)混合,TP去除率达到91.4%、亚硝酸氮去除率达到91.8%,脱氮除磷效果最好。
        The growth and nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of 2 strains of Delphia were studied,and the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of the mixed strains were studied by compounding the two strains,and the optimum mixing ratio was determined.After 21 hours of incubation,the TP removal rates and nitrite nitrogen removal rate of strains 1# and 5 # were 73.9%,81.2% and 81.3%,84.8%,respectively.When the two strains were mixedmixed at a volume ratio of 1∶2,the removal rate of TP and nitrite reached 91.4% and 91.8%,respectively.The removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus was the best.
