摘要
针对发动机进气空调湿度波动范围不能满足发动机性能开发试验要求的问题,自主开发一种新型双闭环发动机试验进气空调装置,本装置采用S7-200系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为核心控制器,采用远程触摸屏作为人机操作界面,操作简单,使用方便;设有故障报警和急停保护措施,系统出现故障时自动停机保护,使机组运行更加安全可靠;设有手动操作界面、重要参数监控画面及比例积分微分控制器(PID)调节画面,便于维修调试;系统控制策略采用双闭环控制。最终系统满足发动机进气空调试验规范的要求。
In order to solve the problem that the humidity fluctuation range of engine intake air-conditioning is beyond the limit and can not meet the requirement of engine performance development test of national standards, a new type of double-closed-loop engine test intake air conditioning device is independently developed and designed. The device uses Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the core controller and remote touch screen as the man-machine operation interface. It is easy to operate. Alarm and emergency stop protection measures, automatic stop protection in case of system failure, make the unit run safer and reliable. System control strategy adopts double closed-loop control with manual operation interface to monitor important parameters. Finally, the system meets the requirements of the national standards for engine intake air conditioning.
