摘要
本文介绍了一种用于驱动时间控制式分配泵高速电磁阀的电路。通过采用恒流斩波驱动,实现了对电磁阀电流的精确控制。试验结果表明,电流上升到峰值所需时间为0.35 ms,电流下降时间不到0.23 ms,动态响应好,系统功耗低,满足设计要求。
        The circuit used in driving the High-speed solenoid that is used on the time-controlled distribution pump was introduced.The accurate control of solenoid current is realized by the using constant current chopper driver.The test results show that the time is0.35 ms for current reaching to peak value,and the fall time of current is less than 0.23 ms.The results also show that the circuit meets the design requirements,and has good dynamic response and the low power consumption is low in the system.
