过氧化氢联合聚维酮碘稀释液在口腔癌皮瓣修复术后病人口腔护理中的应用

摘要
[目的]探讨过氧化氢稀释液联合聚维酮碘稀释液在口腔癌皮瓣修复术后病人口腔护理中的应用效果。[方法]选取2013年1月—2015年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科行口腔癌扩大切除并皮瓣修复术的住院病人93例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组、对照1组和对照2组。试验组使用3%过氧化氢联合0.5%聚维酮碘配制液各100mL进行口腔冲洗,对照1组使用0.5%聚维酮碘加生理盐水配制液200mL进行口腔冲洗,对照2组使用3%过氧化氢稀释液200mL进行口腔冲洗。比较试验组和对照组病人口腔黏膜菌落数量、冲洗液标本液血平板细菌培养、口臭情况、口腔舒适度情况及皮瓣感染情况。[结果]试验组病人口腔黏膜菌落数量少于对照组,口腔舒适度高于对照组,冲洗液标本液血平板细菌培养阳性率、口臭发生率均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用过氧化氢稀释液联合聚维酮碘稀释液对口腔癌皮瓣修复术后病人进行口腔护理,可有效降低病人术后感染发生率,提高病人口腔舒适度。
objective:To explore the effect of hydrogen peroxide combined with povidone iodine dilution solution in oral care of patients with oral cancer.Methods:A total of 93 hospitalized patients with oral cavity expanding excision and skin flap repair surgery from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were included in this study.According to random number table method,all the patients were divided into the experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2.Experimental group used 100 mL 3% hydrogen peroxide combined 0.5% povidone iodine liquid oral water to conduct oral rinsing.Control group 1 used 100 mL 0.5% povidone iodine contrast with physiological saline preparation oral water.Control group 2 used 200 mL 3% hydrogen peroxide diluent oral water.The number of oral mucosal bacteria,blood plate bacterial culture of washing water and specimens of liquid halitosis condition,oral comfortable degree,and the skin flap infection condition were compared between the experimental group and the control groups.Results:The number of oral mucosal bacteria in experimental group was lower than that in control groups.The oral comfortable degree of patients in experimental group was higher than that in control group.The positive-rate of the blood plate bacterial culture of washing water and specimens of liquid and incidence of halitosis were lower than those in control groups.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Using hydrogen peroxide diluent combined with povidone iodine diluent to conduct oral nursing could effectively reduce the postoperative infection incidence and improve the patient's oral comfort.
