摘要
对运行状态进行状态估计是实现电力系统动态可视化监控的重要环节。本文提出了一种基于传统量测和同步相量量测(phasor measurement unit,PMU)量测的两阶段状态估计,能够跟踪系统故障后的暂态过程。该方法不需要PMU量测的系统完全可观。首先分析了电力系统状态估计混合估计方程和线性估计方程,然后提出了两阶段状态估计方法 ,在第一阶段执行混合状态估计,第二阶段执行一系列线性状态估计。当下一个传统量测集完成时,再次执行混合状态估计和与第二阶段同样的线性状态估计,两阶段状态估计可以呈现系统在故障后的暂态过程。接着说明了该过程的流程,最后在IEEE14节电系统中进行了仿真分析,对比分析了该估计与真实值的误差。
        The state estimation is a major step in the power system visualization. In the paper a two stage state estimation based on the traditional and PMU measurements is proposed. This method can track the dynamics of the power system states during a fault. The advantage of the proposed state estimator is that it does not require full power system observability by the PMU measurements. First the state estimation equations are analyzed. Then the proposed method is explained. In the first step, an HSE is executed. The second step comprises a number of LSE executions. When the next conventional measurement set arrives, an HSE is executed again, followed by the same number of LSE executions. In the end, the method is carried out in the IEEE14 bus feeder to demonstrate its effectiveness.
