摘要
针对沥青喷洒系统控制精度高,动态性能好等要求,笔者提出了一种基于矢量控制的沥青泵电机驱动方案,通过Matlab/Simulink对整个电驱系统的模型进行搭建和动态仿真,仿真结果表明沥青洒布电驱控制系统动态响应快,抗负载扰动能力强,满足沥青洒布对控制洒布精度的设计要求。
Aiming at the requirements of high control precision and good dynamic performance of asphalt spraying system,the author puts forward a motor drive scheme of asphalt pump based on vector control. The model of the whole electric drive system is built and simulated by MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that the dynamic response of the electric drive control system of asphalt spraying is fast and the anti-load disturbance ability is strong, which meets the requirements of asphalt spraying for controlling spraying.
