舒泌通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证的临床研究

摘要
目的观察舒泌通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组30例。治疗组口服舒泌通胶囊治疗,每日3次,每次4粒;对照组口服前列解毒胶囊,每日2次,每次4粒。两组均连续用药4周(1个疗程)。观察患者治疗前后美国国立卫生院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、前列腺液中卵磷脂小体及白细胞(WBC)计数变化情况,并观察不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组NIH-CPSI总评分治疗前后分别为(24.3±7.3)分和(11.7±5.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);对照组NIH-CPSI总评分治疗前后分别为(23.8±7.4)分和(14.4±6.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组治疗后比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中排尿症状评分(CPSI-U)治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用具有清热利湿、利尿通淋、散瘀止痛功效的舒泌通胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证可显著改善患者临床症状,特别是在改善排尿症状方面优势明显,为临床治疗提供一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Shumitong capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with the symptoms of dampness-heat and qi stagnation-blood stasis. Methods 90 cases of Chronic Prostatitis with the Symptoms of Dampness-heat and Qi stagnation-blood stasis were randomly divided into an experimental and a control group, 60 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group. The former were treated with Shumitong capsule(4 tablets, 3 times per day) while the latter with Qianliejiedu capsule(4 tablets, 2 times per day). After 4 weeks of treatment,we investigate the National Institute of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI) score,count lecithin small bodies and leukocytes in expressed prostatic secretions(EPS), compare post-treatment data with pre-treatment data and observe side effects of the capsule. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 80.0% and the control group was 66.7%(P <0.05). Overall scores of NIH-CPSI in the experimental group pre and post treatment were(24.3±7.3) and(11.7±5.6) respectively(P <0.01); Overall scores of NIH-CPSI in the control group pre and post treatment were(23.8±7.4) and(14.4±6.2) respectively(P <0.05), the difference between the two groups after treatment was also statistically significant.Among them,CPSI-U scores of the experimental group was obviously better than the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion Shumitong capsule,which had the efficacy of clearing heat and drying dampness,diuresis,invigorating the circulation and reliving pain,could alleviate the clinical symptoms significantly,especially the urinary symptoms.Generally speaking,it provided reference value to clinical treatment on some level.
