体检者对肠镜检查前健康宣教护理需求的调查与分析

摘要

目的了解体检者对肠镜检查前健康宣教的护理需求,为体检者提供更为优质的护理服务。方法采用调查问卷法对200例体检者进行问卷调查。结果健康体检者对肠镜检查前肠镜检查的适应症、禁忌症护理需求最高为99.50%(199/200),其次为心理护理97.00%(194/200)。结论体检者对肠镜检查前健康宣教护理需求高,护理人员应着重加强肠镜检查的适应症、禁忌症护理,开展个性化心理干预,减轻心理负担,提高检查依从性。
        Objective To investigate the health education needs of healthy individuals examined by colonoscopy, in order to provide high-quality nursing service in the Health Examination Center. Methods A questionnaire-based investigation was conducted to 200 healthy individuals examined by colonoscopy. Results The health education on indications and contraindications of colonoscopy was the top-ranked need(99.50%), followed by psychosocial nursing(97.00%). Conclusion There is a need for health education needs before colonoscopy. It is required to carry out nursing interventions on indications and contraindications of colonoscopy, in order to relieve the mental stress of healthy individuals examined by colonoscopy.
