护生防范针刺伤操作行为规范视频创建与临床应用效果研究

摘要
目的探讨护生防范针刺伤操作行为规范视频创建与临床应用效果。方法便利抽取我院2017年度实习护生100名为研究对象,采取抽签法确定对照组和观察组各50名,对照组采用传统的医院岗前理论知识培训,观察组采用传统的医院岗前理论知识培训和护生防范针刺伤操作行为规范视频演示培训,2组护生培训后均接受自制"护生防范针刺伤知识问卷调查表"调查,比较2组护生对防范针刺伤知识的掌握及实习期间针刺伤的发生率。结果观察组护生对防范针刺伤知识的掌握好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生实习期间针刺伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护生防范针刺伤操作行为规范视频创建与临床应用,有效提高护生对防范针刺伤知识的掌握,操作行为规范,降低针刺伤发生率,保障职业健康,值得医院与学校推广应用。
        Objective To develop a video on standard behavior to prevent needle-stick injury for nursing students and to explore its clinical application effect. Methods A total of 100 nursing students in 2017 were selected with convenient sampling and divided into the control group(n=50) and the experimental group(n=50) by drawing lots. The control group received routine pre-job training and the experimental group video demonstration and training on how to prevent needle-stick injury and routine pre-job training. After the training, the two groups were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire of nursing students ' knowledge of preventing needlestick injury. The knowledge of preventing needle-stick injury and the incidence of needle-stick injury in nursing students during the practice were compared between the 2 groups. Results The theoretical knowledge of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of a needle-stick injury in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The video on prevention of needle-stick injury in nursing students can effectively improve students' knowledge of needle-stick injury prevention and operational skill and reduce the incidence of needlestick injury, which is worth to be popularized in hospitals and schools.
