危重患者的再喂养综合征研究进展
摘要
再喂养综合征(RFS)是长期饥饿后开始喂养所诱发的可潜在危及生命的一种疾病,表现为低磷血症、低钾血症、低镁血症及心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭等,在危重患者中多见。研究表明,低热量摄入可使危重RFS患者的病死率下降。因此,诊断为RFS的危重患者早期应予以低热量或限制性热量摄入,逐步提高到完全热量。同时应持续监测患者电解质的变化,特别是血磷的改变,及时补充电解质及维生素B1。
