激活城乡两端资源的乡村振兴举措探析

摘要
在普遍的乡村振兴热潮中,抓住关键路径和关键突破口是最重的。城乡融合是当前我国乡村振兴的关键路径,由此决定乡村振兴关键突破口是激活城乡两端资源。激活城乡两端资源的乡村振兴举措主要有三:一是因地制宜全面加强乡村公共产品供给激活;二是因地制宜创新乡村资源基本经济制度激活;三是着力优化乡村营商环境激活。
In the popular rural revitalization boom, it is the heaviest to seize the critical path and key breakthroughs. Urban-rural integration is the key path for the revitalization of rural areas in China. The key breakthrough for rural revitalization is to activate urban and rural resources. There are three main rural revitalization measures to activate urban and rural resources: the first is to comprehensively strengthen the activation of rural public goods supply according to local conditions; the second is to activate the basic economic system of rural resources according to local conditions; the third is to optimize the activation of rural business environment.
